- What is the difference between active and passive fire protection?

- Who can issue a fire NOC in Mumbai, and how often is it renewed?
Two certificates in sequence. Form A is issued once by a Licensed Agency on completion and covers the first year. Form B begins after that and renews every six months, in January and July, certifying the measures are maintained. Only a Licensed Agency may issue either.

Because the lowest bid buys equipment, not interfaces. The devices work; the joins between them were in nobody's scope, and they are what fails first.
